General Business Member.

business member must be licensed to do business in the City of Key West or be located below the Seven Mile Bridge, Monroe County and have the applicable business licence(s). A business member shall have the right to participate
in all Guild activities, including voting and advertising. Business Memberships will consist of the following
categories: General, Restaurant & Bar, Lodging up to 19 rooms, Lodging 20 rooms to 39, Lodging 40 rooms + and are located in one physical address.

Associate Member.

An associate member need not be licensed to do business in the City of Key West or below the Seven Mile Bridge, Monroe County. An associate member may not vote in Guild elections and may not be an Officer or Director-at-Large
in the Guild, but receives the other benefits of General Business Membership.

Organizational/ Non-profit Member.

An organizational member must have its primary center of activity in Key West; however, it may become a member
despite the fact that it is not required to obtain a business license from the City of Key West. Proof of 501 (c) (3) or
(6) status is required. An organizational member has one vote in Guild elections regardless of the number of members.

Additional Business Listing.

One Business, or Organizational Member conducting additional businesses at one address or wishing to have additional business listing(s) placed in more than one category in the printed directory or on the website.

Individual Member.

An individual member must reside at least two months of the year in the City of Key West or below the Seven Mile Bridge, Monroe County. An individual member shall have the right to participate in all Guild activities including voting, but not advertising and general business member benefits.

Membership Levels & Dues

• Individual - $35.00
• General Business - $200.00 (located in Key West & up to the 7 Mile bridge)
• Associate Business - $200.00 (located above the 7 mile bridge)
• Restaurant & Bar Under 50 Seats/Capacity - $200.00
• Restaurant & Bar Over 50 Seats/Capacity - $230.00

Lodging and Vacation Rentals:

• Up to 19 rooms or Vacation Rental Units - $260.00
• 20 rooms or Vacation Rental Units to 39 - $375.00
• 40 rooms or Vacation Rental Units & Up - $450.00
• Non-corporate chain Additional Business - $125 - One Corporation with multiple businesses. Join at the highest applicable level and pay $125 each additional business listing.
• Nonprofit - Complimentary, reciprocal membership

Two members in good standing must sponsor all applications for membership - The Guild can suggest sponsors

The By-laws of the Key West Business Guild requires that two members in good standing must sponsor all applications for membership.
